More Comments at Google MapAs for the ramen, I think there are no complaints about the taste and service. I had Tsukemen. Warm ones are recommended. The noodles have quite a core, so I thought it was just right that they would stretch out. I thought it tasted similar to Anoran Ramen. The shop owner's voice is distinctive, so I think people will have different opinions on that.
After taking the summer vacation and visiting Omiwa Shrine, I went to “Tsukemen Ichibiri”, which I had wanted to go to for a long time. When I went at 13:00 on weekdays, I was waiting for two people outside, but I was soon guided inside the store. There are only counter seats, but the inside of the store is spacious and there is no unpleasant feeling of pressure, and it is clean and comfortable. I chose a large special N Tsukemen (1220 yen). It seems that it takes time to boil the noodles, so I arrived in about 10 minutes. It was a good timing to visit the store as customers came until it was served. The tsukemen provided is very delicious, with medium-thick noodles and pork bone and seafood soup. In addition, there are 4 pieces of thick char siu in the large serving, which is also very satisfying and delicious. As expected, there is only a shop where you can line up on weekdays in Kashihara, Nara Prefecture. The taste of the tsukemen and the unique voice of the owner left an impression on me, so next time I want to take my son to eat there.
Every time I go, the food is delicious and the staff are friendly! I'm saving so I don't go too far. If you make it extra large, you will have two bowls of soup and it will stay delicious till the end. I think it's cheap at around 1,200 yen for a special special size.
