More Comments at Google MapAfter visiting Yamato Shrine, I visited this shop that I had been interested in for some time. I would have given up on going on Saturdays and Sundays because it was always full of customers, but since it was a weekday and I got in just before the last order (2:45 p.m.), I was able to enter without lining up. It was really last minute, so I went in nervously thinking that people wouldn't like me, but I was relieved that the staff were so friendly. I ordered the mini tempura bowl set, which is a great value service set meal. Sprinkle the crispy batter with a sauce that isn't too strong. What surprised me was that there were two extremely large shrimp in it! This is delicious. The udon was delicious, and I also had a little bit of the hot rice that my companion was eating, but it was delicious no matter what I ate. That's going to be popular. I agree. If I have free time even on Saturdays and Sundays, I would like to come back with my family.
I always make a reservation for warabi mochi before coming to the store and take it home. Otherwise, it will be sold out. It's chewy and tastes better than warabi mochi from any store. I always order Tenzaru Soba. The fried shrimp looks delicious too... Either way, the shrimp here are excellent, so I'm satisfied.
Kansai-style udon with gentle dashi Unlike the dominant Sanuki udon, the texture is weak, but the udon is well soaked in a gentle dashi. Although the price is not cheap, the lunch set is a good value. It has a nice old atmosphere. This is a store that has been doing business with local customers for a long time. There are a lot of tourists these days, and it's often crowded on Saturdays and Sundays. There is no children's menu.
