I personally like soba noodles, but when I had this zaru udon, I thought that udon was also delicious for the first time. It wasn't too chewy, and it felt just right, and the dipping sauce was moderately sweet and well-balanced. The cutlet bowl I received as a set was easy to eat and cut. I think this one tasted average. Also, the staff were all smiles and served customers kindly like the illustration of the shop's cat.
