Instantly became my favourite soba restaurant in Yamashina ward. The soba noodles are made from pure soba flour without addition of wheat flour. Many different sets are offered, so anyone should find something for their own taste . The tempura are very good and not oily and some sets also come with great Chirimen Sancho Gohan. There is a beautiful garden that customers can visit. It seems this soba restaurant belongs to a locally famous Kaiseki restaurant. Highly recommended for Soba lovers!

Awesome food in middle of nowhere. Quite hard to get to but the drive is definitely worth it. Loved the soba and the tempura.

The price/performance ratio is very good, and the soba noodles taste very crunchy.
