Otsu, Shiga, Japan｜Rio Negro

Found this spot at a great location neer lake Biwa. Good location, good people, good price and good food. We were served by a very friendly waitress and even got some free extras. The food was delicious and very affordable. When you visit Otsu definitely worth a visit for a good dinner or lunch.

The cheese 🧀 was excellent ROAST BEEF WAS HEAVEN.

Fabulous. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Above and beyond in flavor, service, atmosphere, and value.
