Kusatsu, Shiga, Japan｜Ginsui Ramen

We went to 九州ラーメン　銀水 yesterday in Kusatsu. It was really good. We both had the special ramen and we shared some fried rice. The tonkotsu (pork bone) soup was perfect. The Fukuoka mentaiko was spicy and it really added to the soup. The noodles were thinking and perfectly cooked. The egg wasn't great. It seemed like something they bought at a convenience store but that is my only complaint. The fried rice wasn't too oily. It had huge chunks of pork in it. I will definitely go back.

One of the best ramen shops around Minami Kusatsu! Please try!! They open at 6pm and usually has a long queue so you better go early ;)
