O Street is a commercial complex developed by Okuwa. There is a fairly large parking lot. There are two toilets, both of which are spacious and clean. If you are meeting in Momoyama Town to buy Arakawa peaches, I think it will be easier to kill time and not get lost if you use this as a meeting place. The store also has its own separate toilets for men and women. There may be a line during lunch time. You may have to wait in the heat especially during the peach season. The lunch menu is cheap and good value for money. Cold tea and cold tea are self-serve, but there is also a full drink bar.
