Amazing osaka style okonomiyaki and yakisoba. Chef is very kind and ask if we want ginger in our food before serving us.

Wife and I got the okonomiyaki with shrimp, pork and cuttlefish and the yakisoba omelette. Both were amazing and didn't even have that super full feeling. Wait to get inside wasn't bad. Small line but they're used to tourists so it flies by.

Many okonomiyaki places in Osaka. Each with its own menu, style and technique. You need to try several to find your favorite. Yukari is quite popular. They cook it on the main grill and bring it to you versus cook it at your table like Fugetsu. Fully cooked, no soft spots inside like Chibo. Great taste. Try buta modernyaki or negimayobuta. Yukari gets very busy so go at 11 am for lunch, no wait. BTW, for me, the best okonomiyaki places are small mom and pop shops with a very seasoned teppan and years of grease on the wall! 😜
