This is in front of you, and it's beautifully rare and baked, so the tension goes up a little. The seafood in the course is grilled crispy on the outside, and the peanut sauce, which I have never seen before, goes well with both fish and meat, just like sesame sauce. Of course it's delicious with salt or just as it is. Hawaii is written on the noren inside the store, and you can understand why it comes with appetizers, corn soup, and main meat, and why it ends with rice, pickles, and red soup stock.
