It wasn't my first time, but I ordered the soybean meat eggplant miso grilled fish set meal as it was a new menu item starting June 14th😆First of all, what is soybean meat?But I decided to take a photo. I was wondering about it when I ate it, so I forgot about it, so it was delicious.It's processed soybean meat that looks like meat.I'm looking forward to eating my favorite eggplant miso grilled fish set meal at many Yayoi-ken restaurants in the future. 😆
