I had the Diablo burger with bacon and avocado toppings. It was so delicious. There was a bit of wait to be seated but the do offer take out. The blend of flavours was perfectly balanced.

Finally had the chance to check out this burger restaurant and WOW 🤩!!!! Monks on the Moon Charcoal Grill is located about 3 minutes from the Nara Kintetsu Station. The restaurant has a great atmosphere to it and really good music. The staff are very friendly and accommodating - great service with a smile. The burgers are delicious. They use all beef patties, which are juicy and flavourful. Fresh veggies and sautéed onions complete the burgers. They use a very nice pepper mayonnaise or garlic mayonnaise on their burgers. Each burger comes with coleslaw and fries - both are tasty, but it would have been nice to get a bit more fries with my burger. They have an English menu available. It’s a popular restaurant so there might be a line up. Looking forward to my next burger here- enjoy 😊

Good burger, not too complicated. Fries were crisp and tasty. Definitely recommend it when you're in the neighbourhood!
