Hirakata, Osaka, Japan｜Gyoza no Ohsho - Nagao

The ramen was quite salty to me. But other dishes were yummy.

As expected, Kansai's Osho has good seasoning! I wanted to try Tianshinhan, so I ordered it, but it was completely different from the Kyoto style at restaurants in the Kanto region. The filling is different in the first place. The fried rice may also depend on the store, but at the Shibuya Hachiko store in Kanto, the seasoning was weak and not strong, but at Kansai, it was well seasoned and delicious, including the amount of oil. However, I was surprised that it was crowded with families until almost 9pm. Also, I forgot the plates I ordered, which can't be helped because it was so crowded.
