Nice. Actually very nice. Not cheap but worth it. Quite unusual place. I had a beef stew which is difficult to find good one even in Europe. Here I was surprised. Stew was amazing. Along with appetizers. Had a few words with chief and he told what even stew is not very popular among his customers but it is sort of his hobby this is why he is keeping it on menu. You can find few good wines which will go well with your meal. Atmosphere is casual but very quiet and cozy. Not a best choice for big company. If you have a special one in your life, this place would be ideal for quality dinner after exploring charming Kyoto.

We stopped for a simple lunch and were presented with a simple, clean and wonderful lunch. The portions were generous, very reasonably priced and our visit included ice coffee. Staff were accommodating and friendly.

Excellent dinner with some international wines on the menu. Salmon plat carpaccio and beef assorted stew as great choices. Dishes have an occidental touch like the baguette
