An excellent restaurant to experience Kyoto fusion cuisine, dishes were enlightened and surprising, environment and ambience were nice for dating. Staff serving skills and attitude were good and considering. Japanese cuisine is not the only cuisine you should try in Japan trip, having western cuisine can also feel the Japanese attitude on cooking and hospitality.

Absolutely great place to have a french dine in Kyoto. This michelin 1 star cuisine offers beatiful and delicated dishes for a lunch, 10 plates with 2 main dishes. We had the 10 course menu with 6 glasses wine pairing. Service manner was also great way more than expexted. Stronglly recommend to stop by. Reservation required.

Excellent!! Atmosphere, hospitality and food all got 5 stars. Interiors looked like they redid an old house as there were old beams which makes you feel good old city of Kyoto and so as the entrance. They speak English so it adds a star too. Come here for a nice lunch!
