We had a really great meal! The quality of the meat was amazing, and the chef and owner humble and welcoming. It was totally worth going all the way out here! Easy when you’re going to see the Arashiyama area. We did a set menu and booked in advance, but you can also do a la carte. Thank you chef!

Coming from Australia, never did I expect to encounter the tastiest steak I've ever had in this small but charismatic steak house in Kyoto. Portion sizes were generous, prices very reasonable, and the steak literally melted in my mouth. I will fly across the world to eat here again!

Delicious hamburger steak with baked potato, veggies, soup, salad and rice. The egg in the middle mellows out the flavor and the demi glacé sauce is delicious.
