Moriyama, Shiga, Japan｜Mother House

Today we enjoyed such a lovely lunch at Mother House! We both ordered the full pizzas, half-and-half as sets (including salad and drink). There’s loads of variety on the menu and the pizza was excellent - my favourite was the miso flavored sauce, with vegetables on top. Really impressed that they don’t offer plastic straws with drinks. Service was awesome, we’ll definitely be back.

The strawberry parfait was delicious! ! Since you can order a smaller pizza, you can eat a variety of things even if you only have a small meal. The interior is lovely. It was worth the trip to Moriyama. This year too, I went for the strawberry parfait and fresh onion pizza. Yummy!
