More Comments at Google MapI went to Tonsuke in Abeno, Osaka. It was in a shopping street that I happened to be passing by, and it looked delicious, so I went in. Even though I went early, it was already full. It's a popular store. It is a long-established store that has been in business for over 70 years. I ordered beef cutlet, pork cutlet, butter grilled thigh, and potage soup. The cutlets are made of several layers of meat, and are soft and delicious. The pork cutlets are also domestically produced, so they are not dry. The potage is also thoroughly strained and uses plenty of butter. The butter-grilled chicken thighs are also big and use a lot of butter. The skin is crispy and the inside is fluffy. The temperature is perfect. To finish off, I ordered a double coquille. It looks like gratin, but it's a little different. They also use a lot of butter, and the ones baked in the oven are delicious. Demi-glace sauce has been made from time to time since the company's founding, and I think it is difficult to recreate the flavor of this demi-glace sauce. It's not often that I'm impressed with demi-glace sauce, but this one is really delicious! It was a store that I would like to visit again! Thank you for the meal!
