Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish with each dish meticulously prepared! Everything was absolutely delicious and the presentations were spectacularly beautiful! It was an exceptional dining experience and I will cherish it always!

Wildly creative, thoughtful and served with care, the fusion menu features not only dishes like a plate with 100 different vegetables but also perfectly grilled basics like steak and quail. Hajime takes plenty of risks and they pay off in wondrous ways
