It was delicious with a hamburger that was soft enough to drink. The atmosphere in the store was calm. I want to bring my family next time. Miyazaki's Hyuganatsu craft beer was perfect for this season.

Hamburg steak is soft eyes. The fried white fish is thick. The S set of hamburger and 2 fried oysters could be changed to a combination of 1 fried oyster and fried shrimp. Oysters and shrimp are curvy. I think rice is important in Western food, but both rice and miso soup are delicious.

I went there a long time ago in October 2022, but I remember this store perfectly. As a French person, it was my first dinner in Japan, a country I admire. I sincerely thank the owner for the long discussion and for serving me such juicy food. As for the hamburger steak, it was my first time so I can't really help, but it was delicious. The sauce, the texture...it's a great dish. The vegetables were perfectly cooked and tasted better than many good restaurants in Paris. The shrimp tempura was also very good and delicious. I would definitely like to go again. How are you, owner? I'm sure we'll see each other again soon.
