I ordered rhe penne gogrozola. I love gorgozola. Some Roman gorgonzola makes my face sweat if I just smell someone else on a different table eating it. This dish was perfect. Usually I add some black pepper. I tasted this. It needed nothing. I started sweating as soon as it arrived. The penne was also high class it remained aldente the entire time, which means this is not a 6 minute pasta, it is a high class penne. A little expensive, but very satisfying so no complaints.
