Go on a trip to England while staying in Kyoto! \(^o^)/ It's located in Kameoka City, Kyoto. Let's call it British Village. This village called Dreamton Village suddenly appears in another world. A place I really wanted to visit no matter what. Recently, I'm only interested in things that look good for YouTube shooting, so if I decide to go, it doesn't matter if it's far away. From Tsu City, Mie Prefecture, take Meishin from Seta Higashi IC and enter Keiji Bypass, and finally arrive at Kameoka City after 2 hours and 15 minutes through Kyoto Jukan Expressway. Since it was a Friday, we were able to get in without a reservation, but on Saturdays and Sundays it is so popular that we have to wait for an hour and a half. (Reservations for the tea room and restaurant are not accepted on Saturdays and Sundays, so you have to go directly and line up.) Cinderella hates waiting. Of course, I called a few days before to make a reservation, but even though it was a weekday, there was a reservation for a group of guests, so if I arrived at 11:00, I might not be able to get in somehow. I can't say for sure? Irrelevant reply. picture~? Group customer? No no no... let's go. Yes, I will! You should arrive at 11:00. I'm fine with getting up really early. Got it! (Because I get up at 2:30 every month and go to Ise to eat rice porridge on the first day of the month, so I'm used to getting up early.) There is no entrance fee, but you can either stay overnight or use the tea room and restaurant to enter the village. It seems that you can go for lunch, tea time, or dinner. If you went all the way in the daytime, would you like to have lunch? I've seen reviews on various sites, but there aren't many photos of people actually staying. There are almost no guest reviews, and the cottage is a very mysterious area. There's really no one taking videos of accommodation facilities...the amount of information is too small. I want to go! Meals must be paid in advance at the entrance. Most of the menu is British food, so everyone asked for classics such as fish & chips and meat pies. The reception is in Marie's shop that sells miscellaneous goods at the entrance. I couldn't take pictures here, so I wonder if it's something to enjoy after going. After completing the payment, you can go out into the village after passing through Marie's shop. Ohhhh~~~~~! Here! There was a restaurant in Pontoak as soon as I left. They will greet you dressed as a British maid. Inside the store, do not stand up from your seat and do not allow other people to be seen on camera. It is OK to shoot food as long as it is only at hand. And, quite severe cautions ... Is it okay to shoot YouTube if that's the case? Shooting starts while pounding. hey? It says to sit down and take a picture, right? You can't walk around and take pictures here and there (I want to). ↓ This pottery woman (I think she's Queen Elizabeth) has salt in it. You can look at British picture books and photo collections freely on the walls. The precautions are strict, but the customer service is not salt-friendly. Rather kind. But only those who have actually been there will know. I don't want to show everything, maybe there are parts I want to keep secret. I'm glad that the appetizer one plate came with a meat pie! It was so delicious! Chestnut potage soup only this time of year. It's already too delicious to roll up Inabauer! Well, when I went to England a long time ago, none of the dishes were delicious at all. Is it delicious because this is England in Japan? If you set the weekday lunch course for 4400 yen, it comes with chestnut risotto before the main course! It's crazy~, I got hooked on this too~. Basically, I feel like I know I like the taste of chestnuts, but... A refreshing sorbet. The main course is beef stewed in red wine. It's crumbly and delicious and delicious. There was quite a lot and I was full. Dessert was also included, and the pound cake and the after-meal drink were straight tea. After dinner, I took a short walk. No matter where you take it, it will be a picture. where is the cottage? Is that the building in the back that you can see? How many people are staying at the hotel? There are a lot of people who come with their dogs, and if you look at Instagram, Dreamton Village is a parade of beautiful pictures of dogs. In terms of scale, in Mie Prefecture, it is about the size of [Nigiwai no Mori] in Inabe. You can see everything in 2 hours after eating. (ends quickly) But the atmosphere is special. It feels like [Nukumori no Mori] in Hamamatsu, which I love so much. Hamamatsu is the world of Ghibli, but isn't that also unique? It's a re-creation of the English countryside (which I think looks like ruins in winter) much, much earlier. The food was really delicious, so I was very satisfied! Next time, I would like to visit as a guest during the fresh green season. After I left the village last time, I took a picture of the entire menu at the entrance, so I'll post it here. If it helps everyone even just a little... If you can go on a weekday, I definitely recommend the weekday lunch course for 4400 yen! Now that the coronavirus is over, everyone wants to go out, but as expected, overseas isn't yet. Feel like you've been to England in Dreamton Village! It's going to be transcendence MAX! \(^o^)/ If you have time, please visit Princess Cinderella's blog and YouTube. It will be encouraging, so please subscribe to the channel.

[Kameoka, Kyoto] I will introduce a mysterious cafe that I stopped by on the way home from seeing cosmos in autumn. On the mountain road of Route 423, there is a small gate and the British flag fluttering in the middle of the curve. A place you would pass by if you weren't paying attention. In fact, here "Drimton Village" A mysterious space where time flows slowly and you can feel as if you were in the English countryside, a secret foreign country that suddenly appeared in the forest, even though you are in Kyoto. There are restaurants where you can enjoy authentic British cuisine and stylish general stores, and in the back of the village there is a B&B where you can stay and a cute chapel where you can hold a wedding ceremony. At the English cafe "PONT_OAK" inside, you enter the small building that serves as the entrance, choose a meal or drink from the menu, and pay in advance. It becomes an entrance fee and you can proceed to the back village ♡ They also have fish and chips, roast beef, and sandwiches, but this time I wanted to feel like an authentic afternoon tea, so I ordered the cream tea set ¥1500. Once you leave the building, the brick townscape that spreads out... A cat appears out of nowhere between the thickly growing herbs If you look into the window of the clothing store, you will find retro dresses and necklaces, old leather chairs from barbershops, and a brocante atmosphere. You will be guided to the window on the 2nd floor of the cafe and enjoy scones and tea while enjoying the beautiful scenery. Scones baked according to a basic British recipe, split in two and generously coated with original cream and marmalade. There are three cups of Earl Gray in a large pot, so I enjoyed sharing the taste with my friends who came with me. sunny autumn holidays, I was able to have a wonderful cafe experience as if I got lost in a small but mysterious world of fairy tales.

A restaurant in Dreamton Village that I wanted to visit. too nice place! Enjoyed the afternoon tea. The signboard cat was also cute ♪ There were several of them.
