I've been a fan since they were in Utsubo Honmachi in Osaka, but since they moved to Nara, I've been going every year😋 ーー The interior is full of luxury, but the woody feel makes it a relaxing space. There are two people, the master of the chef and the madam of the sommelier. As much as possible, ingredients from Nara are used in the dishes. This time, we used a lot of ingredients from Nara, but we had the grilled "Yamato Chau", which is a main meat that you don't see very often 🐑. I don't like gibier because it has a beastly smell, but this mutton is so delicious that it can be mistaken for red meat of beef, and the fat is sweet. Also, this was the first time I ordered wine pairing, and it goes perfectly with the food. Although they moved from Osaka and had other staff members, the business is currently run by a married couple. Courses were available during the day and a la carte at night, but the evening courses are now available only by reservation. When ordering a la carte, each item was a bit large, but the total volume of the course was just right. At night, you can choose from 5,000 yen, 8,000 yen, and 11,000 yen courses. The difference between 5,000 yen and 8,000 yen is that there is one more appetizer and the grade of the main course changes. Since I was there, I chose the 8,000 yen course. I was just full from the main dish. But the desserts were also delicious and filled my stomach. I’m looking forward to seeing what kind of arrangement the course will have✨ I miss the a la carte Lyon-style salad...
