We visited the shop in shibuya , there flagship & largest store , service was quick , efficient and friendly… food service was quick easy to work and very tasty, price was more then good compared to places we visit in Australia

We arrived before the lunch hour rush, so we didn't need to wait in line. Customer service was amazing. The young pretty hostess was so sweet and helpful even though we couldn't speak Japanese. Food was delicious with a lot of variety to select. Tip 1: You need to sign in at the front through the tablet on the right. It assigns your table number. It's only in Japanese though, so ask for help or use a translator app. Tip 2: You can order specific sushi, drinks or other food through the tablet at your table. There's an English language option available.

Date: 01/22/2017 Food is really good. You can definitely taste the freshness from their Nigiri. Price is very reasonable, most of the dishes are 100 yen per plate. The line was kind of long but it's not that bad. It takes me around 20 minutes to be seated.
