We arrived at the restaurant at 9:30 in the morning and were lucky enough to be seated directly. I chose set meal B, which had more tofu skin kelp than A (the official name may be kombu). The ingredients were fresh, and everyone basically finished them all. I liked the pickled vegetables the best, with a slight sweetness and just the right fiber. It is not salty and highlights the original taste of the food. It is a good breakfast choice

Nice place, we had breakfast there without reservation, but better to reserve. There is one host doing everything. The meal is centered on bonito flakes, rice and egg, with some pickles and a soup. More veggies for the more expensive set.
