Akashiyaki is not takoyaki. Both are the same in that the balls are made of egg and octopus legs. But Akashiyaki is eaten with refreshing soup stock instead of Japanese brown source. Tastes sweet and really delilious 😊

I didn't eat takoyaki as my last Osaka gourmet meal in Osaka. 15:00 on weekdays There was no waiting time, but the store counter seats were almost full. Coco has a shared eat-in space at several stores, so you can also eat there. The essential takoyaki was fluffy on the outside and melty on the inside. The taste is especially delicious! It wasn't anything like that, it was just delicious. It's perfect for a light snack while waiting for the Shinkansen! The staff were young and energetic.

I wanted to eat a set of takoyaki and okonomiyaki, but since everything other than the basic takoyaki is made from scratch, it seems that I will have to wait about 20 minutes. So, I ordered only normal takoyaki! It was hot and fluffy and really delicious! I think I have my own preferences, but I prefer Kansai's soft and fluffy takoyaki to crispy silver octopus! It seems that the conventional train line in the direction of Kyoto was temporarily stopped, so the station premises and the food court were very crowded! It was so chaotic that it was difficult to pass each other, but the turnover at the counter is fast, so seats become available relatively quickly.
