This is the first restaurant in my life where I ate "Monjayaki". I've seen it on TV, but it's an unknown food... Something... something... Encounter with the unknown, whether it looks or how to bake...lol. When I ate it, the dashi soup was effective and it was really delicious 😃✨ However, the texture and the feeling of not knowing whether it was burnt or not sticking to the iron was an unknown food. Personally, I live in Okonomiyaki prefecture, so I order stable Okonomiyaki when I visit the store after the second time. Fluffy, soft and very delicious okonomiyaki. Single dishes are also delicious. Ordering is done via a touch panel, contactless. It seems that the ventilation is also constant, and the air is constantly replaced. It's safe & secure. The staff always seems to be busy, but they are energetic and polite to customers. Teamwork seemed to be good with eye contact and shouts. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

Reasonably priced and delicious. Dashi soup is the best.
