More Comments at Google MapOtsu City, Shiga Prefecture is Kuroki From Seta Station, head east along Gakuen-mae Street. Today I had seafood soy sauce ramen, pork topping, and fried chicken set. The sourness of soy sauce and the taste of seafood match the wonderful soup stock and it is quite delicious. The fried chicken is also wonderfully delicious, like the crispy type that comes out at a Japanese restaurant. Pickles are a good rest for chopsticks, and ramen and rice go well. It’s delicious here 😄
It's a dried sardine-based soup, but it's a soup that I've never had before, and it's really delicious. Is it Japanese style so you can relax? Do you feel like that? Shiitake mushrooms and wheat gluten are also excellent ingredients, and I'm happy that the bamboo shoots are thick! Recommended anyway!
It's been a long time since I've met a ramen that makes me feel Japanese style. It feels like the chicken niboshi soup stock brings depth to the refreshing soy sauce ramen. I ordered thin noodles, and the wheat-flavored ingredients are sprinkled with shiitake mushrooms, edible chrysanthemums, and hanafu, which visually appeals to Japanese taste.
