Staff were really friendly. English menu was available so do ask for it. We ate there for dinner on a weekday at around 6pm. Do expect around 15 to 20min waiting time as it takes the chefs some time to grill many orders of okonomiyaki or okosoba but it's definitely worth the wait.

Very convenient location inside the Shin-Osaka station. Very friendly staff and good taste food. Enjoyed them.

It was really the delicious!! Be prepared the staff can hardly speak english. Take something from the window. It will be great!
