The concept of ramen was overturned. I ordered mud pork. As the name suggests, the soup is thick and the quantity is small. The impression is that it is somewhere between ramen and mazesoba. Such a muddy soup, extremely rich, it's delicious! It's so delicious!! If it's this dark, I think the final taste will be blurred! However, the black pepper, onion, and mustard greens give it a nice accent, and you won't get tired of it, and it tastes delicious to the last drop. I thought it was a well thought out ramen. Later, I was curious about Toriton and visited again, and the Toriton and Doroton had the same ingredients. The soup is a little smoother than muddy. However, this is also quite strong, and this is my personal opinion, but for some reason I felt that Toriton had a stronger odor. I am a fan of Doroton. Customer service is also very polite.
