A small ramen shop near Kazuno Oji Kujo. I had the Niboton ramen with dried sardines and pork bones, fried chicken, and rice as set B. Personally, I don't like the flavor of dried sardines to be too strong, but the soup here was not too strong and had a very well-balanced flavor. There are four good-sized pieces of fried chicken, so you'll be full. This saves you 900 yen. The general's customer service was pleasant and it was a very good lunch.

Came here on a Saturday afternoon. There were few customers in the store and we were seated quickly. I ordered Niboton Charshu Noodles, which I had been interested in for a while. When I tried it, it was so delicious that I regretted not coming earlier. I visited several restaurants and tried ramen with dried sardines, but most of them were punchy due to the nature of dried sardines. This dried sardine ramen had the perfect flavor of the dried sardines and the richness of the soy sauce, and it was very delicious until the end without feeling lacking. The char siu is also melty and reminiscent of braised pork, making it a unique char siu. This is also delicious! The shop is run by the husband and his wife, but the customer service was very polite and warm. The ramen was very, very delicious! Thanks for the meal!

Delicious ramen that only those in the know know. I received the beef tendon ramen chashu for an additional 1,100 yen and the Niboton ramen for 700 yen. The soup, beef tendon, and chashu are all delicious. It was full of satisfaction. It has been 30 years since the friendly and personable owner opened a store in his hometown of Kyoto, offering flavors made from Osaka food stalls.
