Kind staff, delicious Ramen.

I was able to eat it for the first time in six years, and I almost cried. The next most delicious restaurant after this is Sohonke Hiroseya Special Ramen Daiichi Asahi Fukuchiyama branch. It respects Daiichi Asahi and has a taste that is even more sublimated, and the taste is more stable than Daiichi Asahi. When I came here after going to various ramen shops, I realized how stupid the ramen was, which was advertised as having a combination soup or adding backfat. The extra meat in the soy sauce goes better with the noodles than the special ramen with thick chashu pork.

I've lived in Kyoto for over 30 years, but I recently found out about this shop online. I visited the main Japanese store, but I was surprised when I ate it. It's just one word, "It's delicious." It is the taste of "Daiei Ramen" in its heyday, and "Ramen Specialty Store Taiki" in its heyday. I ate char siu noodles, but the char siu is also very similar to the old "Daiei Ramen" head office. Is this restaurant related to "Daiei Ramen"? The bowl of miso ramen is similar. PS: After all, there was a history of being a restaurant from Daiei Ramen. I heard from a person related to Daiei Ramen. Although it is a soy sauce ramen, the taste is a little strong, but the balance with the noodles, char siu, bean sprouts, and green onions is the best. The store is also very new and clean. I came to the store by motorcycle, but the clerk politely told me where to put it. You are very attentive. The female staff are very friendly and I regret not knowing about this store until now. It is not an exaggeration to say that it is the best soy sauce ramen in Kyoto. It was a very moving day. It was a treat.
