More Comments at Google MapI ordered their tonkotsu ramen instead of their famous maze soba and my decision did not fail me. The broth is so delicious. But I must say that the main protagonist of this dish is the aged pork. As a Filipino, all I can say is “I need rice!”. I would have finished my review but their ultra big serving of chahan also deserves a recognition.
Most people come here for the mazesoba (noodles tossed in sauce) but what really stands out for me is the tonkotsu (pork broth) ramen. They boil pork bones for hours, then leave it overnight to boost the umami flavors. Add half an egg and you’ll get a fantastic ramen for just ¥730. They serve only 15 bowls of tonkotsu ramen for lunch and another 15 at dinner, so don’t be late!
really small place, but it's really good
