The hotel desk where we are staying recommended this place. Since it was late in the evening, we walked about 10 min down the street, when we entered, we felt that we just stepped into the midnight diner series,Netflix series.The chefs greet us with a welcomed warm greeting. The bar seating set up holds about 10 seats. Sorry, it’s not a place to stay for too long after you finish your meal. There might be another patrons waiting on line outside, so please be considered. It was the best Ramen I ever had,light flavorful broth and Pot stickers are the perfect pair. so if you are staying near kiyomizu dera temple, don’t miss this place. You are in for a treat!

Recommended ramen shop if you go to Kiyomizudera. I was very satisfied with the old-fashioned light ramen, which I ordered with thin noodles and soft thin pork slices with a lot of green onions. Not suitable for those who like rich tonkotsu flavours.

This is some absolutely bangin' ramen!! So freaking good!!! The broth is outstanding. The restaurant definitely has a greasy spoon type environment, no frills at all. And they only serve about four different things, but the good news is that it makes it easy on you to decide and ALL of them are good! Do yourself a favor and eat here.
