Takabashi Ramen is located right after getting off the Kyoto East Interchange. Of all the ramen shops that originated in Kyoto, I like the ramen soup here the best. There is a mellowness in the straight flavor of soy sauce, and for 760 yen, it is a great combination of taste, cost performance, and plenty of ingredients.
