Otsu, Shiga, Japan｜Ramen Zundoya Ōtsu Zeze

I discovered ``Ramen Zundoya Otsu Zeze Branch'' while touring and visited there for the first time. Elementary school students love this tonkotsu ramen that originated in Himeji City. I ordered original flavor ramen for 820 yen, small rice for 100 yen, and extra egg for 130 yen (highest price including consumption tax).The bill was 1050 yen. After all, ``Zundoya'' is the best. I think it's probably a central kitchen method, but the taste is consistent no matter which store you eat at. Also, this free mustard mustard is really delicious. It's great if you chill it in the fridge and pile it on top of rice. Raw garlic is also free, so it's really good. The chashu was creamy and delicious. The store is located along National Route 1 and has a large parking lot. Each seat was equipped with a water pitcher and the staff made a good impression.
