Kyoto, Japan｜Ramen Hikosaku

Ordered the "rich chicken bone broth ramen" (濃厚スープ鶏骨白湯らーめん, it's on the bottom left of the menu photo I took). The hostess was welcoming, kind, and welcoming even though we weren't speaking perfect Japanese. When the dish arrived she offered garlic oil without us asking and we LOVED what it added to the ramen. Honestly, this was a great meal and you should give this shop a chance if you're in the area.

The best ramen I’ve had in Japan so far. The noodles are home made and the meat is boiled 20 hours in the soup. Expect large and tasty portions (and please don’t complain about it) and very nice staff. It’s definitely worth a visit when in Kyoto.

Very good ramen! I recommend the dipping ramen with chicken broth, the flavour was rich and I could eat it forever. Would come again if I had the chance. They don't understand much English but they have an English menu so u can point what u want. They also have different sizes of ramen like 300g, 500g and more.
