100% recommended. I’m big fun of Ramen and a chef. This Ramen shop is the 5th and by far the best I went in Kyoto. Very nice and chewed noodles, good amount of delicious cha sui and the main character the broth was so delicious!! And is probably the only ramen (or one of the very few in Kyoto) that doesn’t put additives in their broth as they say in the menu and you can understand in the light but rich taste of the broth.
