More Comments at Google Map4/5 (5/5 to boost the shop) Aight aight aight I think this place gets too much flak on reviews, making it pretty underrated. I see that a lot of the distaste comes from what people mention to be chashu being half-cooked, I don't think this is the case at all it just appears to be cus of how they cooked it and I think this is a shop that is the most generous on giving you a lot of chashu for not a lot of extra cost. For me, this place is convenient, delicious, filling and has very nice employees, what more could you ask for in a regular ramen shop you visit? Give it a chance and try going multiple times if you can. When I was not a regular, I also thought the ramen was just okay and maybe a 3/5 at best, but after going more often I come to appreciate it a lot more. Also try to add the condiments that they have on the table into the ramen, it adds to the flavour a lot. That is all, just give it a real chance, you can check my profile to see that I go to a lot of ramen place, and I wouldn't really be forgiving of actual bad ramen places, and this place is certainly not even close to being bad. Is it the most amazing ramen you'll ever eat? Perhaps not, but it is GOOD.
First visit. This time it was my wife and I. I chose Gokuton Ramen and my wife chose Kokuton Ramen. Both noodles are flat noodles with a medium water content. The toppings are a piece of pastrami-like char siu, a thick pork belly, a half-flavored egg, and green onion. Kokuton is a veggie pota with a pork bone base that has the gentleness of vegetables added to it, while Gokuton is a dark (Tenichi level) pork bone-based veggie pota. Both contain less chemical seasonings. The curly, flat noodles with a medium water content will hold the soup well. I ended up drinking the entire soup. The atmosphere is more like a Western restaurant than a ramen restaurant. Eating silently and wearing masks are strict. I get the impression that a lot of things have been put into place. It was relatively delicious. If you are interested, please listen.
A restaurant I've wanted to come to for a long time. The noodles are flat noodles and the soup stock is rich with seafood! ! The char siu with black pepper around it is delicious! ! The crunchy fried chicken on the sub-menu was so delicious that it made me want to come back again. It was delicious! ! Thank you for the meal (*´▽`*)
