More Comments at Google MapAbura soba specialty store located in the back of the first floor of the building. I think that the "Ginger Abura Soba" here is the most delicious Abura Soba (Maze Soba/Maze Noodles) I have ever eaten. When you eat it thinking that it just has shredded ginger on it, you will be surprised when you eat it for the first time because ginger is also used abundantly in the sauce. Perhaps, even if you eat oil soba at either place and have a negative impression, this "ginger oil soba" will have a good impression. Of course, the standard abura soba is also delicious, so I eat it at a ratio of about 2:1 with the above-mentioned "ginger abura soba." On the side menu, fried chicken is recommended. Many people say that the big fried chicken that is fried twice is the most delicious among ramen shops. As for menma, I prefer it to be seasoned more brown as a topping, but if you eat it alone as a side menu, you can see that it is lightly seasoned in Japanese style, and it is delicious. A few times a year, they offer menus for a limited period and in limited quantities. Please enjoy the standard menu that is cooked. The fact that the counter, floor, sink, etc. are all clean is a sign of the sincerity of the owner. (It's dimly lit from the entrance of the building to the door of the shop, lol) Completely one-off operation, it takes time to boil extra-thick noodles, and there are not many seats, so please come with plenty of time. Some people who like pure ramen may have resistance to soup-off abura soba, but if you try "ginger abura soba", you may be impressed.
It's hard to find because it's located at the back of the first floor of the building. There is a signboard so use it as a guide. Right next to the old Senbon Nijo bus stop. It is also close to Nijo Station, about a 10-15 minute walk. The inside of the store is a bit like a standing bar, but there are chairs available. However, there are only 6 seats at the counter, so you can't relax for the sake of the people behind you. There are only a few seats, so I thought you could go there even by yourself! It was around 7:30pm on a weekday, but the place was full and there was a wait! Since it's abura soba, is it ramen without soup? It's like that. It was my first time eating abura soba and it was so delicious! I ordered small special noodles with dried seafood, char siu rice with egg, and 2 pieces of fried chicken! The fried chicken on the side was so delicious I wanted to take it home! However, they are not currently offering takeout, but from around November they will only accept takeout during the cold months! The noodles in abura soba are thick and coat well with the sauce, making it easy to eat. The flavored eggs are delicious! I highly recommend it♪
The regular menu abura soba and niboshi abura soba, which are offered at the same price as the amount of noodles, are absolutely delicious. The taste is quite strong, but it's not unpleasantly strong with chemical seasonings, and even if you eat a large amount, you won't feel sick after eating. The limited menu, which is offered irregularly, offers a different way to enjoy the food than the regular menu, so don't miss it. This is my personal favorite store.
