Very good ramen in Kyoto, nice staff, shoyu was strong and very tasty, not too fat and pepper! Sashu was also ok but ajitamago excellent 👏 I went back to try abura soba its was also very good and spicy i recommend. Thank you 🙌

Stupid good Kyoto style shoyu ramen. I ordered chashu-men (more pork) with ajitama (added egg). Rich flavor from dark soy sauce, scallion oil (I think), huge handful of katsuoboshi, plentiful tender chashu, and an inspired twist of coarse ground black pepper. Didn’t want it to end. The decor is very chic also. Best bowl of my trip so far.

It's so clean that I thought built recently. The food was so nice! I like the server's service mind. I recommend that Steamd half rice and Ramen with black soup. I'm not sure about the name, but you can show the photo below one).
