Memorable dining experience with great care and artistry. The restaurant is unassuming on the outside when I stumbled upon it, but it is beautifully designed inside. The meal was well worth the extended line/wait and I recommend it for a special ramen experience in Kyoto

A ramen that I love very much, the chef is good at it. The taste is very suitable for my taste, not salty, light and fragrant fish fragrance. I like the firmness of the noodles, not too soft. The first time I tried the matcha yuzu noodles, it was delicious. I like it 😍 It's a pity that it was almost closed that day, I was the last customer, and the other food was gone, only ramen was left. Next time I have a chance to go again. Big push❗Master is really cool hahaha

The best ramen experience I had during my trip! Even though you have to queue and wait, it's totally worth it. There are just 7 seats around the chef and you experience all the process. You can see how in every step, everything is taken care of. Great quality and good price.
