The special black ramen is based on soy sauce. A lot of green onions and onions are added to enhance the flavor. The thin noodles are chewy. This place oozes atmosphere, the ramen tastes wonderful and the music that's being played (mostly soul) is great - go visit! (also, you have to order and pay through a ticket machine and give your order to the chef which to me from technologically inferior Europe was an interesting experience ;D)

Great ramen with a really rich broth. Inexpense, clean, and fast and friendly service. Well worth a visit.
