Very tasty
I went on a weekday off work. It is said that the owner of this restaurant was trained at Shinpuku Saikan. I'm looking forward to it. It was just before the end of the lunch business, but the seats were full and I waited outside for a while. Enter the store at the timing when the customer comes out. Orally ordered Yakimeshi set 1100 yen. The skillfully prepared yakimeshi arrived in 4 minutes and the ramen arrived 2 minutes late. The soup is a mixture of chicken bones and charred soy sauce. I went to Shinpuku Saikan the day before, so it's easy to compare. The umami of dashi is clearly stronger here. The aroma of burnt soy sauce is also high and delicious. The noodles are also medium-thin noodles, and the yayakatame is boiled. The accuracy is different from Acira, which can only be served in a state close to overboiled no matter how many times it is done. Yakimeshi has more lard coated on each grain of rice than Acira and is slightly greasy in a good way. That's why it has a strong taste because it has a lot of burnt soy sauce. I think that there are taste likes and dislikes, but I am grateful that they provide higher quality than Acira.
