This is a ramen shop along National Route 161. I used to go there often when I was at my previous job, but I couldn't go there after changing jobs, but I came to the store for the first time in a while. There are about 9 counter seats and 3 table seats in the store. By the way, it is a meal ticket system. (ФωФ) The atmosphere hasn't changed since then. A sneak peek at the new menu. Basically, stamina ramen with chili peppers that are not as spicy as it looks, based on Tono soba. The noodles were motchiri noodles with a lot of water and the soup was good and the short noodles were easy to eat. And above all, the char siu is delicious. As for the side menu, gyoza dumplings have a chewy texture. Fried chicken is simple fried chicken and fried chicken from Yuyori. This is also quite delicious. Fried rice is not bad with a crispy finish close to black fried rice (ФωФ) I'm relieved that it hasn't changed since then. It's okay to have a rugged and unchanging taste. I always stop by when I go fishing at Lake Biwa! ️ I can't forget this bright red stamina char siu. And above all, it's delicious 😋 The fried rice is also exquisite 👍
