I was there on a weekday Monday at 1:30 p.m. It takes less than 10 minutes on foot from Ishiyama Station. Private parking lot can accommodate 4 cars. You can buy meal tickets from the ticket vending machine on the right side of the entrance. You can choose between thin or medium-thick noodles, and I received the classic dried sardine soy sauce ramen (medium-thick). The wait was about 5 minutes. Well, how about the taste? . It's easy to eat as the diluted dried sardines come first and disappear with the sweet soy sauce. The freshness of the green onions goes well with the ramen. The chashu melts in your mouth so you don't even have time to chew it. If I had enough stomach left to eat white rice, I would have tried it. This doesn't fit. With chopped onions lurking at the bottom, every cup is fun. What I was concerned about was the loud volume inside the store. I'd like to hear what the store clerk is saying, so I'd be more comfortable if you could lower it a little. However, the texture of onions is fun... It's filling and the portions are small, so I'm thankful that I'm only 80% full. As you keep drinking it, the sardines become more and more flavorful, which is also fun. It's a place I've always wanted to go to, so I'm glad I was able to come. It's easy to eat even in summer, and the price is less than 1,000 yen, so I think I'll keep coming back for more. While traveling through Shiga Prefecture, I stopped by Ramen Murasaki near Ishiyama Station (*´-`) The store is located in a residential area.I parked my car in the public parking lot next door, visited the store, and clicked on the ``Niboshi Chicken White Soup and Soy Sauce'' at the ticket vending machine♫ When I was listening to the nostalgic melodies BGM in the store, the rice bowl arrived in about 10 minutes (*´꒳`*) It's a nice balanced soup with a strong flavor of chicken broth, onions and citrus accents, and a rich but refreshing aftertaste.♡ The char siu has a texture that melts in your mouth, and it's unwrapped.It's quite thick, but it's so soft that you can't get your teeth into it, so you can eat it endlessly♪( ´θ｀) You can choose between thin noodles or medium-thick noodles.
