Otsu, Shiga, Japan｜Ramen Hibari

Ramen Hibari in Otsu City, Shiga Prefecture I've been here many times, but this is the first time I've written a review. It was my first time having abura soba, a set of 2 pieces of fried chicken. Basically, the quality of the ramen is solid, so you can't go wrong. Not only is the ramen delicious, but I'm always impressed by the deliciousness of the fried chicken. It was really delicious before the move, but after the move they updated it and it's now delicious. postscript I visited in succession. I had the mellow ramen with extra meat and fried chicken with sweet and sour sauce. The mellow ramen is the best, and I had fried chicken with sweet and sour sauce the other day, so I knew it was delicious, but it was much more delicious than the same as what I get at a Chinese restaurant. It's breast meat, but the taste is the best. I got four stars for the abura soba, but I got five stars for the mellow ramen I ate this time. 9/6 The store has been renovated and the ramen has also been renewed. This is a ramen shop located in Seta, Giri Otsu City. A ramen shop that I personally consider to be one of the top 10 in Shiga Prefecture's ramen scene. (Only within myself) We have recently completed renovations and have completely redesigned our main menu. Ramen includes ``soy sauce'', ``shio'', ``abura soba'', and tandan noodles. The noodles are basically medium-thin straight noodles, but you can change to hand-rolled noodles. Personally, I recommend hand-rolled noodles as they have a better texture and texture ヽ(｀▽´)/ The soup has plenty of chicken and pork extract, and yet, as the name suggests, it has a mellow texture. It's like pork soup stock soup. You can change it up with wontons or chashu. The soy sauce ramen that is sometimes served is also quite delicious. It looks like Toyama black, with a good balance of soy sauce and seafood (ﾟ∀ﾟ*) And the rice on the side menu is delicious. Achiki, I always order ``pork rice'', but the pork rice is currently out of stock, and I hope it will be reinstated. However, there is still some ``Hitokara Gohan'' left, so this will likely be the main meal. Well, it's still delicious. (ФωФ) The staff at the store are very responsive, very polite and friendly.
