Especially the price of fried chicken has increased significantly! (ﾟДﾟ;) Well, I guess it can't be helped. The delivery time seems to be quite early. The ramen is a punch type with a rich chicken base that lives up to the name of rich soy sauce and the richness of pork bones. However, it is strange that the taste feels gentle to me as I continue to eat it. (ФωФ) The noodles are curly noodles with a low water content. I think they used to have medium-thick straight noodles, but I wonder if they changed that? (ФωФ) The char siu is a large-sized char siu that has a satisfying meaty texture. This brings out a very strong ``beast feeling.'' The fried rice is moist and goes well with ramen. Continue along the elevated side road and enter the residential area. There are intersections with narrow curves without traffic lights, so be careful when driving. There are 4 parking spaces across the road. There are two parking lots nearby, so you may be confused, but the one closest to you will have a number written on it. Order Kokuni black ramen with fried rice set A. 1250 yen Ramen is thick curly noodles It's a mini fried rice, but depending on the restaurant, it might be close to a single serving. The 6 gyoza dumplings are also normal size. I guess the moment the ramen is served is when it's ready to eat, but it was quite chewy, so I personally liked the ramen just a little bit longer. The char siu is large and creamy. Menma is soft. The dumpling filling has a dim sum feel rather than a meaty texture. I am full. Good balance of taste, price, and volume. I went to Tochimaru in Otsu City, Shiga Prefecture. It's in a quiet residential area, so I thought I might have taken the wrong route, but I arrived safely. I was eating Kokuni black and horse mackerel rice. A black soup made with back fat and rich and flavorful tamari soy sauce from Shiga Prefecture mixed with slightly thick noodles for a light meal ^_^ It seems to be crowded at noon on Sundays, so you may have to wait in line for a while ^_^
