Awesome tsukemen. When you order tsukemen, the staff will ask you whether you want pork bone soup or seafood soup. The pork bone soup was outstanding while sea food soup was also very tasty. I personally rank Yoshichi's seafood tonkotsu tsukemen as one of the top tsukemen 🍜 The ramen is delicious, but my recommendation is definitely the seafood tonkotsu tsukemen. There are currently two stores, Katata and Minami-Kusatsu, and I often go to the Minami-Kusatsu store. ⭐Seafood Tonkotsu Tsukemen (special size) ¥1200 The special size noodles are about 500g. Please eat just the noodles first. It's delicious and you can eat more and more just with the noodles. The thick and thick dipping sauce has a high viscosity and coats the smooth noodles for a delicious taste. I also love that you can eat as much spicy mustard greens as you want on the table.
