Kusatsu, Shiga, Japan｜Flying Chicken Yaro

One of our favorite local ramen joints. Instead of the usual, orthodox ramen, we ordered something different and enjoyed the freshly chopped garlic. Great tasting stuff. The soup is foamy like a cappuccino.

This was my first visit to this store, which I've been interested in for a while. Inside the store, you must first pay for your ticket in advance at the ticket vending machine. It's not a very large space with a counter and 3 group seats, but it's a stylish space. This time I ordered the light soy sauce ramen, and the clear soup was simple but delicious and full of flavor. By the way, the parking lot is located near the observation deck and across the street.
