Ritto, Shiga, Japan｜Ramenfuji Rittoten

I noticed that I didn't take a picture after eating a bite💦 I went there for the first time. I ordered the salt ramen. The taste was thick and delicious. I gave it a 4 because I thought it would be nice to have a little more bean sprouts. I want to eat other flavors, so I would like to visit again.

It's an old-fashioned flavor that I've been making since my childhood in my hometown of Ritto City. It's a very memorable store, and in recent years I've stopped by when I go back to my hometown. The nostalgic taste is definitely the best.

If I remember correctly, according to the store owner's sister, I think it was Ramen Fuji's first FC store in Shiga Prefecture. It's a little different from other Gorigori Ramen Fujis. Elegant and gentle taste. If it's nearby, I'd like to go there often.
